Roy O’Neil - Lead Consultant, Facilitator & Trainer

Roy gained his business experience in leading international IT organisations, before becoming an independent trainer and consultant. His background includes, Customer Services, Product Development, International Product Manager, Sales, and European Industry Marketing Director. It was in these roles that as a facilitator he successfully applied creative thinking, problem solving and team planning techniques.

Roy developed the problem solving training and performance improvement workshop programmes and delivers them both directly and as an associate - including as part of  larger consulting projects.

Roy has delivered Training Programmes & facilitated Performance Improvement & Team Planning Workshops in a number of areas on an international basis including opportunity development and performance improvement projects, for example:
